Download the Windows package.

Select “Download Windows x64” in the Windows area above.
Wait for the download to finish. The file should have an .exe extension.

Download the file only from findmapleads.com.

If a SmartScreen warning appears…

Select “More info” on the “Windows protected your PC” screen.
This reveals the file details and, when available, the option to continue.

If no warning appears, go straight to the “Install” step.

Check the file before continuing.

Check that the app name matches the FindMapLeads installer you downloaded.
If you trust the source and the file has not been altered, select “Run anyway”.

If the button is missing, Smart App Control blocks it, or malware is reported, leave protections on and contact support.

Complete the installation wizard.

Follow the installer steps. Keep the suggested folder unless you need a different location.
Select “Install” and wait for the files to finish copying.

If the system requests administrator permission, approve only the installation you started.

Activate your license key.

Open License in the app. Paste the key you received after purchase into the license field.
Select “Activate License”. When the license shows as active, you can go to New Scan.

Activation needs an internet connection. Your license can be used on one computer at a time.

Choose the package for your Mac processor.

Find the chip or processor in Apple menu → About This Mac.
Select Apple silicon or Intel in the Mac area above, then download. The file should have a .dmg extension.

Choose Apple silicon for Apple M-series chips.

Copy the app to Applications.

Double-click the .dmg file in Finder → Downloads.
Drag the FindMapLeads icon onto the Applications folder in the window. Wait for copying to finish.

Copy the app to Applications instead of running it from inside the disk image.

Launch it from Applications.

Select Applications in the Finder sidebar.
Double-click FindMapLeads. If it opens, go straight to the “License” step.

The security setting to allow the app appears after you try to open it.

Identify the verification warning.

If the developer cannot be verified or Apple cannot check the app, dismiss the dialog.
Open Apple menu → System Settings. Find the app-specific permission in the next step.

“Will damage your computer” or “app is damaged” is a different warning. Contact support instead of continuing.

Go to Privacy & Security.

In the System Settings sidebar, select Privacy & Security and scroll down to Security.
If you trust the source, select “Open Anyway” beside the message about FindMapLeads.

If the option is missing, try opening the app from Applications first. A managed Mac may restrict this permission.

Confirm the launch.

If requested, confirm with your Mac user password or Touch ID.
Select “Open” in the confirmation dialog. Next time, launch the app from Applications.

This creates an exception for this app only; you do not need to turn off system protection.
